Fresh food and nice service but small portions for ur money

Wow food was amazing service awesome. We went here for our Christmas party and had such an amazing awesome special time. Only complaint vert small space. Very close tables otherwise everything was awesome. Totally go back for food

Excellent service. First time dining here and fell in love with this restaurant. Celebrated our anniversary here and it was a very nice and romantic atmosphere. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely everything we had was awesome! Margaritas, shrimp scampi appetizer, burger with truffle mayo, the house salad, rolls, flat bread, the service, bartender! All was so enjoyable.

Great local place, excellent food and really good live music, just a tad bit expensive but I'd still recommend going here. Check out the Stone Bar Inn!

A family owned and run place. Food is absolutely delicious, healthy serving the staff and patrons are so tremendously friendly and welcoming. Will definitely return. Our new favorite out of the way spot. They have outdoor seating.

Excellent food. Chef greeted us at our in kitchen seat where we were able to watch everyone work together and create amazing , delicious food.

I absolutely love this place!! To start the Ambiance in my personal opinion is perfect, it's very cozy and intimate. The service is spot-on, all of the staff is very nice and attentive. The food is delicious! I had the French onion soup which was so yummy, I loved the puff pastry on top. I had the crab cakes for my main meal, they were perfect basically all crab with no fillers. My husband had the bone in ribeye which he said was delicious and cooked the way he asked. They had a really nice drink selection ,the desert was divine as well. Over all our experience at the Stone bar Inn was amazing.We will be recommending and revisiting this establishment again.

First time here, and had an amazing experience. From the warm, cozy atmosphere to the greeting of our friendly and on point waitress Jeanette...The delicious drinks, fresh appetizers and mouth watering dinner left us wanting to come back again soon. I have never written a post, but found myself wanting to compliment The Stone Bar Inn, after asking for the Chef's to be complimented as well on their outstanding food. Thank you for a great night out!

This place is absolutely AMAZING! Our waitress Kimberly was so helpful and so attentive. She made sure to check on us without being overbearing. The food! Oh, the food! Everything we had was delicious. From our appetizers all the way to dessert was a party in our mouths. We love trying new places everywhere we go, but this place might just become a regular for date night for us because it was really that great. We went on a Friday night, so we got to hear the live entertainment which was nice and not too loud that we couldn't have our own conversation. Anyone looking for a delicious, intimate, rustic place for a date night or special occasion should definitely try The Stone Bar! Oh and p.s- their French onion soup was to die for (didn't get a picture because we devoured it before we could take a photo)!!

Excellent food I had the special Chillean Bass over basil risotto my husband had the Game trio outstanding. This was the best meal that we have had at a restaurant in years. We will be back when we are in the area. World class cuisine.

We have been here a few times over the years and have always loved it. It is a bit far for us so we do not go very often. Our most recent visit was a bit disappointing. The atmosphere is great; an old cozy restaurant. Service was also good and the Brie appetizer and house salads were fantastic. The biggest disappointment was our entrees and drink prices. $21 for a wine and a beer is steep. We had steak and a fish honestly, the quality of these were “meh”. They felt phoned-in as if they used pre packaged Sysco products. The bill averaged about $75 per person, without tip. For this price I expected more.

Don't forget to have the chocolate bread pudding! It's definitely not grandma's, more rich and delicious like a lava cake. Yum!

I travel all over the US for work and dine out frequently. I had the prime rib special which I believe was prepared via the Sous Vide cooking process popularized in France. It was the best prime rib I've ever eaten. Very inviting atmosphere throughout and the service was outstanding. Don't miss the opportunity to grab a bite if you're in the area.

The food and service at the Stone Bar does not disappoint! We had the sirloin and beautiful pork chop tonight.

Absolutely wonderful, the food was above and beyond. Had the Game Entree with Venison, Duck, and Boar Sausage, so delicious that I almost considered licking my plate clean. Can't wait to have another meal here

My wife and I went Tuesday night for our Anniversary. It seems like one of the few upscale restaurants in the Poconos. We arrived early for our reservations so we had a drink at the bar, then moved to our table for dinner. We started with a baked brie appetizer and a couple of nice warm rolls. Then my wife had a New York strip over a Caesar salad and I had a Caesar salad and a Delmonico steak with sauteed mushrooms. Both steaks were done medium and were very good. Then we finished with a dessert coffee and one of the best desserts I've ever had--a warm chocolate bread pudding on a crunchy thin brittle-type thing with fresh cream and strawberries. I couldn't stop eating it even though I was stuffed. Service was pleasant and attentive. For what I would consider an upscale dinner the prices were reasonable. We wouldn't hesitate to go back if we are ever in the area again.

Off the chart. Amazing place. Great food and service. Must stop by.

One of the best if not THE BEST place to eat in PA! Truly delicious works of art served by an incredible staff!( We will see you again Catherine!) Warm and inviting atmosphere. We recommend the chef's table for seating. Everyone in the area wether visiting or residing should come here. Bravo stone Bar!

Excellent food and a great drink menu!

Popular spot. Nice bar, stone fireplace, dim lighting but not too dim. Great food and service. Reservations for large parties recommended.

Very lovely place. So classy. I found the prices a tad more than I was interested to spend, but maybe the $16 burgers are to keep the crowd classy. The artichoke pasta was great, the Romano Chicken was fantastic. The basil cream sauce tasted more like an aioli, but it was good. Drinks were pretty pricey, but a nice selection. I probably won't go back on a regular basis, but worth checking out.

A few days ago was Mom's 86th Birthday, which we celebrated at the Andrew Moore's Stone Bar Inn. Thank you so much to the staff who really made Mom feel special! We got to sit right at the fireplace, and listen to guitar whiz Lucas Matt perform a host of awesome classic rock songs. Such a cozy yet lively ambiance and spectacular food!!! Waitresses were all on POINT!Great night!!!!

The special drinks were delicious....I had the espresso martini. The steak and salad and the French onion soup were so so very good.

Great food and very classy, upscale environment. Makes a great place for a special occasion or a gift (they have gift receipts)!

Good food, friendly atmosphere and staff

A classic staple to this area. First ate here like 15 years ago, and still like the first time, so surprised that the food can get better.  Warm atmosphere, great food, killer service.. What more do you need? Thanks so much!

The food is amazing. The staff are great as well!

Prime rib was cooked nicely, but drenched in au jus. The au jus was to thick, had it been on the side the prime rib would have been excellent with the horseradish sauce. Service was great.Update: tried pasta night, had the seafood bolognese and pasta carbonara. Both were bland, it was a disappointment. Service was still good.

Went there for our 1year anniversary, the food was amazing and so was the decor. Can't wait to go back.

Stone Bar Inn is an absolutely amazing place to eat. I highly recommend the French onion soup as an appetizer. It off unique and 100% the most delicious French onion ever. Their drinks are out of this world. But what tops the charts is the outstanding service.

We were two for dinner and had two cocktails at the bar( well made and well served) and 3 dishes; One shared appetizer (cold barely cooked sesame crusted tuna served in Japanese style) followed by roast duck and pork chop both of which were superb. The duck was crispy skinned , but the meat flavorful not dry and the pork chop was truly the best I have ever eaten! Not uncommonly this cut can be overcooked especially if you want it cooked any more than medium rare. This one was on target.Would highly recommend for food, ambiance and service. A well run operation !

This restaurants food is delicious! My husband and I went here when we first got married and loved it. After having a baby we took our first date after giving birth here. Only took 7 months! The food was again delicious but the service was poor. Our waitress Michelle seemed like she was in a rush our entire meal. My husband wanted a drink for half the meal but she wouldn’t stay at the table long enough for us to ask for anything. It was a very unfortunate experience and we probably won’t be going back.

I loved the food, drinks and atmosphere. One TINY thing I would like to comment on is that when the waitress took our food to the kitchen to be wrapped they did not include any of the sauce that was all over the plate, only the physical pieces of food that were present. This left for a very dry 2nd experience with their food. To whom ever wraps the food, please give us our sauce!!!

Love love love the cozy, romantic atmosphere. Good food and I especially like Andrew's great soups! The huge stone bar is a great place to meet friends for a drink. Music on Wednesday and Friday is very good, but quiet enough that you can have a conversation.

We came here for our anniversary dinner. I have lived here the majority of my life and I can not believe I have never eaten here before. This place was amazing. We did have a reservation since there was live music we anticipated it being busy. The service was impeccable. Tanya H. was one of the best servers I have ever had. The food was DELICIOUS. Everything we ordered was spot on! I ordered a cocktail that I ended up not liking, not because it was bad but because it just wasn't my style and Tanya replaced it with another cocktail that was delightful. We will definitely be back and we definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone that may be wondering.
